Well don't forget Mach is subject to temperature. If it was a fair bit warmer than ISA, that high speed will be equivalent to a lower Mach No. I say 'speed' because the speed written in the description could also be ground speed, in which case if you've got a nice strong jetstream, 547kts is very reasonable... Maybe a little more info from the photographer?

Wow that 0.95 Mach...incredible catch!!....i remember reading that cruise is generally at 0.85 Mach, but the 747 can structurally endure stresses generated on the body up to 1.25 Mach, however, the drag created by shock waves makes it uneconomical to fly at the speed , additionally the shock waves created by the beast would be rather disturbing to people on the ground
