A visitor from Poland posted Mon November 19, 2012: "While being moved from its parking stand, the nosegear collapsed allowing the foreward fuselage to strike the ground. Significant damage occured. According to unconfirmed sources, gorund workers omitted to install the gear-lock pins before the aircraft was moved."

A visitor from United States posted Fri January 27, 2006: It didn't have to be a big bang - normally a nose landing gear carries about 10% of total weight, and it also depends on how the cargo was distributed inside the fuselage at the time of the bang.

A visitor from United States posted Fri January 27, 2006: The main landing gear is visible in the right side of the photograph. My quess is that the NLG had a hydraulic failure causing the nose to come to rest on the ground in a puddle of hydraulic fluid.
