Always love the comparism of how big those a/c are when you see other (even big) vehicles in the spot

I love photos like this that show snippets of another country. (I'm in America.) Someone planted those flowers. Someone mows the grass, paints the overpass. This is a great little snap-shot of life in China for some average workers. 5 Stars.

A visitor from United States posted Sun August 16, 2009:
The plane could've landed on the highway! I always like the concept of runway/taxiway over a road. Many years ago, such a shot may not have been possible at Beijing airport! Fantastic shot!

This is a 5* picture.I love the A330 Wings they look brand new on this example. The viewpoint is not that unique though Singapore,Toulouse,Leipzig and many Asian and American airports have these taxiways over the motorway.

A visitor from Canada posted Mon July 17, 2006:
Nice shot! However, it also shows that someone who has previlege to get inside of Beijing Airport by whatever reasons (maybe working) could take some shots from some vantages where the normal local spotters aren't able to get into. If everyone could be out there, this kind of shots might be overmuch coming out of PEK, unattractively.

A visitor from Australia posted Tue July 4, 2006:
Wow, I thought sydney's airport had an amazing runway. But this one is ectremely close and narrow , i would love to drive under that

Nice comparison between an Airbus and a tour bus. :-)

A visitor from United States posted Sat June 3, 2006:
That's a nice shot of the plane over the highway. Strange how the road underneath the plane is empty, except for that one bus.

A visitor from Poland posted Sun April 30, 2006:
Wow!!!

A visitor from United States posted Tue March 28, 2006:
You can really appreciate how big a massive airliner like this is. The size of it compared to a bus is makes the bus look like a toy. Also, it going over a busy highway is something you don't see everyday.

A visitor from Hong Kong posted Wed March 22, 2006:
I notice; most airport that built up very close to the city or crawded area will show up like this photo.
