However, it also shows that someone who has previlege to get inside of Beijing Airport by whatever reasons (maybe working) could take some shots from some vantages where the normal local spotters aren't able to get into. If everyone could be out there, this kind of shots might be overmuch coming out of PEK, unattractively.
