A visitor from United States posted Sun August 14, 2011: I'm a DC-10 driver and as you figured is true..the Capt. has entered the turn at too fast of a rate and speed resulting in scrubbing of the nose gear across the ground. Self critiquing and they would def. hear and feel this up in the cokpit!
