B-3567 (cn 4005) Call sign 'DHC14'. Over night stopped at Malta Int'l Apt for a technical stop, enroute to China via Alexandria (Egypt) on 30 Nov 2002 after maintenance at Exeter. Dep 01 Dec 2002/AM using Rwy 32 via 'C'. Whilst performing high-power engine runs on the apron it jumped out of the chocks and collided with an airbridge. The roof of the cockpit and cabin was ripped off back as far as the wings, both propellers hit the airbridge and destroyed the engines and one wingtip sliced into the terminal building.
