N6763 / 43-11719 (cn 296E1-1R) One of the rarest warbirds flying still flying. Although superficially resembling the Aircobra it was a completely new design to correct the Aircobra's deficiencies at high altitude. Performance was inferior to the Mustang, hence the Kingcobra never saw combat with the USAF.
