Aircraft Taken at More: Continental Airlines More: Boeing 737-524 More: Denver - International (DEN / KDEN) More: USA - Colorado, December 21, 2008 Remark Photographer N18611 (cn 27324/2621) Crashed on takeoff on the night of December 20th, no cause found as of the time of writing. Apologies for the quality, I did my best while trying to hold the camera steady exiting the runway in a Lynx Q400. Shame I had my short lens on too. A visitor from United States posted Fri November 27, 2009: I remember when this happened, i was sitting at home watching some movie and the news came on and told us this plane crashed. I live not too far from D.I.A. and my mom works at a hospital near the airport. She was at a party when i called her to tell her about it. She was at a party with a bunch of people rom work. When i told her she said "oh crud that means our hospital is going to be busy." Sure enough it was but she wasn't called in.
