N14230 (cn 28794/296) Just departed runway 15L making the left turn heading northwest to Seattle, the soon to be operational new 9000 ft runway 8L/26R can be seen parallel with runway 8R/26L with the new 20 stand IAH CargoCenter bottom left. You can also see the new Federal Inspection Services (FIS) building under construction between the new Terminals E and D, which is expected to open in early 2005
