G-KITT / 49 (cn 27490) Originally build as P-40M-10-CU Warhawk serial 43-5802 and delivered to RCAF with number 840. In 1947 sold to civilian users and registred as N1233N, then N1009N and F-AZPJ. Changed RAF marking FR870 and Flying Tigers livery P8096. Presently is owned by Fighter Collection and wears marking of the "Aleutian Tigers" - 343 Fighter Group operated in Alaska from mid 1942 to fall 1943 and commanded by John “Jack” Chennault the son of General Claire Chennault who commanded the Flying Tigers in China.
