11005 (cn 11005) Former civil Mi-1 of registration OK-NVB operated in period July 1972 - July 1975 by Svazarm - Aeroklub Praha. In 1975 was transfered to Czechoslovakia Air Force, concrete to 41. spojlt. (liaison squadron) based in Havlickuv Brod. This squadron was directly subordinated under 10. LA (10th Air Force). In September 1977 was helicopter decommissioned and disposed to Kbely museum.
