It's only the DHL that has engines
Remarkable photograph! No wonder there's not much traffic, with a bunch of "crazies" shooting SAM's at anything flying!
Fantastic! Pictured here is the aircraft (DHL) that in my opinion, held on to allow the pilots at her controls to perform the most remarkable feat of flying I have ever heard of. Using nothing more than engine power (and differential engine power to turn the aircraft) the airmen limped that wounded bird back to the runway and landed her essentially, without (further) incident.
@" A visitor from Germany posted Sun January 25, 2009: Weird how only the DHL plane has engines mounted!" The A300's engines were damaged beyond repair due to ingesting debris during the incident.
That must be the DHL aircraft that was shot by a surface-to-air missile. Didn't it land using engines alone (i.e. no control surfaces)? Good photo by the way :P

Apron is extremely clean, it's easy to tell they don't get much traffic at all.
I love the way they parked that 747 with the wing over the others! Cool shot
