75804 (cn 182004305) Rare and exotic! Two IL-18's formerly owned by "Leninets Scientific Research Institute" and equipped for radar testing, then designated as SL-18I. Reverted to Il-18 designation but still fitted with the large external antenna pods, Daallo started using using them as airliners! The second one is registered RA-75713 (186009403).

I wonder who has the guts to buy a ticket.

Although the Tu-154 never belonged to Interflug, there was a strong interaction between Transportfliegergeschwader 44 and the airline, especially regarding maintenance and crew training. Hence, East German Tu-154s used the Interflug livery.

Yes right...they're just "airliners"...pay no attention to the bunps and bulges...move along now

The German Tupolev actually was never a "real" Interflug bird as they never had Tu-154s. They all belonged to "Transportfliegergeschwader 44" of the East German Air Force.

The ex-Interflug Tu-154 in the background is no less interesting ! Well done !
