O01 (cn O01) The array of Mirages at Savigny-lès-Beaune includes this aircraft, labelled as the Mirage IIIO01 (three Oscar zero one). This appears to be the Mirage IIIA fitted with an RR Avon engine and flown on 13 February 1961. Australia eventually opted for the standard Atar engine in its Mirage IIIOs. Apparently this aircraft was later used for aerial refueling trials
