I know it's often declared, but this photo, if nothing else, has the best clarity and sharpness i've seen in a photo on A.net. The perspective and depth of field aren't bad either.

This photograph appeals to an old timer from the "monochrome - darkroom " area. Everything is spot-on, the lighting, the angle, the technology and, thank goodness, no multi coloured, multi jet trying to hide the "ugly" bits, this time ! An honest aeroplane pictured by a competent photographer. Simon I salute you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is just a float plane, and not an amphibian? If in fact it does lack wheels on the floats, it's sure the only thing it lacks! Fantastic shot Simon!
