A visitor from Argentina posted Sat October 21, 2006:When I got married together with my wife to start our honey moon we went to San Carlos de Bariloche flying in a Boeing 737-200 of Aerolineas Argentinas. When the plane landed we saw this parts moving for reverse, I said: The engine is broken. My wife was amazing but when I smiled she understood I was kidding
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Mon October 16, 2006:Although you were forced into the buttgroove of the old seats on these planes they sure were fun! I flew one last year with Ryanair. =]

A visitor from United States posted Mon August 14, 2006:This is the greatest part of man and nature, slowing down 120 tons of machine in 12 seconds, the beauty and the beast!!!!

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Wed August 9, 2006:This can be a quite intimidating experience on your first flight on a Boeing 737-200 !!!
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Wed August 9, 2006:Brings back lots of memories. I have been on numerous flights on -200's from Scotland to Ireland with Ryanair since 1995 and have seen this many times from the wing view window! There was nothing quite like the thunderous pounding sounds from these old engines when the reverse thrust was deployed. They have recently aquired -800's for these routes and I must say I will miss the unique character of this plane.
A visitor from United States posted Sat August 5, 2006:Dynamic moment in operation of engine; very good photo quality

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Fri May 26, 2006:Amazing detail! I often get the question of what a 200's reversers are like, and heres a shot to prove it :). I once got an account of a -200's reversers from a freind... "All of a sudden the rear of the engine cowling just dissapeared like a shot and started rumbling..." Well Justin, heres one for you!
A visitor from Spain posted Fri May 12, 2006:What a Detail! That's the kind of shoot I like!
A visitor from United States posted Fri May 12, 2006:That brings back many memories of my childhood. i used to see that exact angle quite a bit on flights to milwaukee from cvg when they (delta) used 732's quite frequently on that route in the early 1990's. thanks for bringing back memories of delta when it was a truly great airline!
