A visitor from - posted Wed July 7, 2010: I like how most the Americans are excited about the business class quality, cleanliness, etc. while the non-Americans are all commenting about how sterile, bland, bad these seats are. For an American carrier, it's a decent arrangement for travelling alone. Compared to most others though, there's still a lot more to be desired/expected.
