Still my favorite Delta livery of all time. (what are the chances they will revert back to this one???)

Lost in all the hype about the new twins like the 777, 787, and the A-330 is the fact that for many decades both the 767 and the 757 were workhorses and still are. Good job Boeing.

Beautiful………..great initiative!! The 767 is by no means my favorite plane (boring!!) but to see her preserved like this--> thumbs up!!
But that flying cow in the background, what´s that all about?????

Yes, this is what Delta looks like. Solid and respectable. The cow on the other hand ("Platinum Moodalion") is regrettable.

Great picture and a great way to keep this bird "alive".Flew from LAX to DFW with this ship during the early nineties.

Nice shot, but why didn't they do this with a Tristar?

Agreed, this is not only the best Delta livery, but also one of the best anywhere. Beautiful aircraft!

Awesome!!! All though I was hoping that this was a special new retro jet livery.

In a time of crisis and lay offs this is an example industry top execs ought to treasure. There's something more in a brand than its mere commercial value. It's the intangible asset of workers dedication. Thanks to J. Padgett for bringing this to A.net

I can't believe this beauty is actually retired! She looks more like she is awaiting delivery.

The Spirit of Delta never dies! Long live DELTA!

It looks like it's in perfect condition and never flown, and I would have guessed that's what it was if it wasn't in a hangar clearly not designed to take an aircraft that big, seeing as the tailfin barely fits in with the roof.
