That morning we were instructed to join the hold over OCK (Ockham) for ten minutes delay. Just when turning outbound this B767 came out of the dark clouds 1000 feet below us.

Just simply superb! For some reason the light contrast and bank angle makes it look at if it's a fighter jet executing a turn...but it's not...it's a 767! You captured a great aviation moment.

I've never seen a shot like this, it's just amazing. The white cloud on background reveals all the more this beast which comes from the dark. We can see all its turn thanks to turbulences effects. Once again, i've been stuck on my chair. Congrats

You can see the angle of attack by comparing deck angle with the wingtip contrails. Wow! These contrails are different than those at altitude because they are not from the engines, but from the generation of lift.

A slam dunk Hall of Fame photo. Five stars is almost an insult, way way too low of a score. Looks like something from the Battle of Britain. You sir have a very very special gift, and please keep using it..

This photo contradicts the feeling of being on top of the world while you're flying, the scenery makes the plane look so small, but everything is captured in one photo. This is one hell of a photo, one of the best I've ever seen! Thank you for sharing it with us!
