Unit: Esk 721. Seen landing Rwy 32, came Malta to airlift the foodstuffs, water and bedding the Maltese donated to the survivors of the earthquake in Pakistan. The Civil Protection Department co-ordinated the collection of goods which were flown to Pakistan where over 40,000 people died in the quake, leaving thousands homeless and injured.
