According to http://napoleon130.tripod.com/id601.html, this is not On Mark Engineering conversion, but the Rock Island Monarch 26. It's serial number is clearly stated on list and even claimed that conversion took time in 1987.

The Passenger conversion was designed in the 1950's. The company was On Mark, they sold a few different versions, basically speaking, unpressurized and pressurized. there were several 'improvements' that On Mark performed along with the modifications.
