N660AM (cn 25294/418) American Airlines flight 150 SFO-BOS turns to join the ILS APR for the active here at Boston’s, Logan Intl airport. The sun showers through the broken cloud layer just above the horizon as dawn breaks casting a brilliant orange glow over the ocean. Well done American for giving me one of the best long haul internals I’ve flown!

It is not a sunset, its a sunrise;) Boston (as well as Atlantic ocean) is in the East of the U.S., so it could not be the sunset;)

Great pic, beautiful colors and contrasts, but I have to say you must like AA a lot because I flew one of their 757 from BOS to Shannon ireland in first class, and man ....the service was horrible...no movies...no drinks ....nothing why does AA use these planes on flights above 3 hours????

This photo reminded me so much of the final leg home from my tour in iraq. i was on a united 747, lucky for a window seat; crossing the atlantic, looking out the window down at the water, the sun reflecting. the anticipation increasing as we got closer to home, family & friends. the moment i saw this shot, i flashed back to that moment of being thankful i was soon to be home & safe. thank you for this awsome window back in time mr. valentine...
