B-16601 (cn 25076/366) First EVA Air seen landing at BFI after a customer training flight, while a passing thunderstorm looms in the background. This was the only aircraft to adorn this original livery. Aircraft was later re-registered as N601EV.

A true rarity! I agree with you in what concerns the tail, but the fuselage is not so original. Todays livery looks much better all in all.

I agree the original colour scheme looks better than the lighter green EVA has now. Thanks a lot for sharing this historical shot Joe.

Thanks for the info regarding "original Livery." I think the tail color scheme looks better than the lighter green EVA has now. The darker green on this one is much nicer.
