Aircraft being moved across runway 9R/27L for the long trek around the terminal and to the Eastern Airlines maintenance hangars on the opposite side of the airport. I seem to recall that it took hours to get it there. See first photo for explanation of accident.

Aircraft: N812EA (72S). Route: MIA-DEN. 152 Passengers, 7 Crew Members (no fatalies). After take off, a tire exploded. The aircraft landed in MIA and the crew managed to keep the right wing up for most of the rollout but then the wing came down.
