After climbing through 10,900 feet, the No.3 right main landing gear tire exploded causing massive damage to the A and B hydraulic lines. The flight crew was unable to manually extend the right main gear. The aircraft landed and the crew managed to keep the right wing up for most of the rollout but then the wing came down and the aircraft left runway 9-right into the grass where the left main gear and nose gear separated.

Aircraft: N812EA (72S). Route: MIA-DEN. 152 Passengers, 7 Crew Members (no fatalies). After take off, a tire exploded. The aircraft landed in MIA and the crew managed to keep the right wing up for most of the rollout but then the wing came down.
