PT-WAK (cn 110071) Mfd 1975, formerly FAB2167. On December 11th 2004 this aircraft, operated by NHR Taxi Aereo, took off from Sao Paulo - Guarulhos International (Cumbica) (GRU / SBGR) headed to Uberaba (UBA / SBUR), with two crewmembers on a flight carrying mail. During descent for landing, after about 1h20m airborne, on the approach leg, the aircraft crashed into three houses and burned. Its two occupants were killed, along with one resident of the houses hit. The airplane was a complete loss.
