N497MC (cn 29258/1220) It has been almost a year and a half since Emirates started their freight service to JFK via GOT. Arriving and departing under the cover of darkness, on both ways, means that photographers have to hope for long delays. But this day it all worked out perfectly - the sun was shining, for once it was snow on the ground and even though we had been waiting for almost three hours since 0700 in temperatures reaching down to -15C, it was well worth it to finally be able to catch this beauty!
