That object flapping on the lower part of the fuselage is part of some masking tape covering up a potentially fatal incident. At 23:11 on 20th March this a/c had a tailstrike during the takeoff run. And it was an extremely long run. So long it wiped out some runway lights, instrument landing antenae and just cleared the boundary fence. After takeoff it circled Port Phillip Bay to dump fuel while the cabin was filling with smoke. It landed safely with its 225 people on board. Very nearly a major tragedy.
