A6-EDC (cn 016) Emirates First Class Private Suite displayed at ILA 2012. These cabines are equipped with ambient lighting, your personal mini bar, vanity table and a mirror. As seen in the picture you can convert your seat to a fully flat bed. In my eyes definitely not the the worst way to travel ;-)

All that goes out the window when I open my eyes... MY EYES, MY EYES, IT HURTS, MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!! Too much tacky bling for my taste. Oh well, each to their own I guess.
