The F/O is not about to disengage the autothrottle, he probably just rest is hand above the speed knob as he is reducing the speed..Really nice pic.

Amazing shot! People who commented before: I think the captain just used the ATC button on his yoke, that's why he has his hand on it.

Looks as if the captain is a bit too cautious. If I was flying the left seat here (where the 1st officer is hand-flying the aircraft), I wouldn't have my hand on the yoke. I would be ready to quickly intervene if necessary, but I wouldn't have my hand on it. A leader's goal should always be to instill and to build confidence in others (with safety always being the overall theme, of course).

As i remember , we do a 15 degrees turn when coming in and descending, but this looks more than 15 to me... are you sure dude u are descending to land and turning ? watch out ur wing , its gonna touch the tree, look out ...

The FO has the control anyway. He's got the more stable grip on the joke, his FD is master, his AP is engaged, and I think he's about to disengage the AT. In that case the strange thing is, that he does'nt disengage it on the throttle.
