Wow, 2 DR-1 replicas crashed in two consecutive days. For a moment, I thought this was another angle of the Duxford accident.

Like the other comment said, the same thing happened to a similar aircraft in the UK and Duxford. Very bizzare!

I wonder what was going through the pilot's head right as this photo was taken. I'll bet it couldn't be uttered on national television. :D Glad he's alright.

My heart breaks :-(( Two of these beautiful aircraft in a very short time. I hope it's not a write off. The best thing is of course that the pilot is ok.
