To visitor from US: it's nozzels especially designed to be diagonal. It helps in tight turn.

Is it just me, or does it have a face? Nozzles for eyes (which look remarkably like E.T!), nose undercarriage for its nose, and the two orange supports finishing off the mouth!

The nozzles are not designed to be diagonal, they are simply at rest and drooping.
