Incredibly this is an original veretan of World War II - the ill-fitting panels reveal this is not a contemporary replica. Built and flown during WWII, this example of the world's first ever rocket-powered fighter was captured by the Royal Air Force. She was test-flown by British pilots at Farnborough in 1945. Formerly displayed at the RAF St Athan museum, before returning to Germany and the Gatow museum in 1988.
