With a nice plume of jetblast, this Hawaiian Air B712 roars out from runway 08L for another morning inter-island flight. A typical scene at HNL behind; this photo shows the NW/UA (Diamond Head Concourse) terminal with the morning traffic preparing for departure to Asia. I must say I was lucky to catch both the old and new liveries of NW and UA! To top off the photo, the classic ATC tower (still in use for other frequencies, like ground I believe) with the "Aloha" titles proudly stands in the background, an old symbol of Honolulu International Airport.
