What a great photo of this legendary machine!
I love flying this in "Wings of Prey" world war 2 flight simulator.

Nice air to air shot, but it will look better with original 8x7.7mm in wings

I like this picture the plane looks just like the "Spitfire", splendid background that distracts a little, may be.

Sharp focus of aircraft and ground at about 4000 ft.
An aircraft that shouldered a heavy combat load during the Battle of Britain.Beautiful.

The real battle of hero
sadly overshadowed by the spitfire

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Tue October 7, 2008:
What a superb photograph. The lighting is captured beautifully, and emphasises the effectiveness of the hurricanes camouflage scheme. The 'motion' blur of the propellor just adds to a spectacular photograph.

A visitor from Singapore posted Tue October 7, 2008:
Co-hero of the Battle of Britain. I've always loved this camo scheme. That's why I built a 1/72 scale plastic model kit of the Hurricane flown by WW2 English ace Robert Stanford Tuck.
