It's hard to tell that this aircraft is old because the new paint livery gives the impression that the aircraft recently rolled out of the factory.

Another widebody turboprop among the An-22. As the logo indicates, the Belfast is a turbprop monster at lifting bulky cargo, bettered only by a few .

Like all other older generation of large aircraft, including this one; it can benefit from 21st century technology, like digital avionics (LCDs, GPS and various others), replacement of higher fatigue parts for longer service. Last but not least, newer, more powerful and efficient turboprops would make this a unique aircraft all its own.
