When Hughes flew it for the first and only time it was for a taxi text, but Hughes being Hughes decided to fly it no higher than 100 feet to surprise people but not to get in jail.

The only reason this beast didn't fly was because it was under powered, if people could be bothered, in theory, they could get it to fly with more modern jets.
