INAS 312A bird rotating in front of the squat ATC building at NAS Rajali. IN320 was the first P-8I built for the Indian Navy, but not the first to be delivered; that honour went to IN321.

Is there an difference with Poseidon?

To the commenter from France: yes, there are some pretty significant differences. The P-8I (btw, 'Neptune' is not an official nickname) has a MAD boom, different comms equipment (note external antennae are different on the two models) and also a 360-degree maritime radar underbelly, which the P-8A does not. Otherwise, they're broadly similar.

Thanks for the comment -Angad S
