A visitor from - posted Wed December 28, 2011:This aircraft was one of the best aircraft in Indonesia Airforce. It maintain very careful until the end of the service. The service was stop several years ago, as the maintenance was getting difficult and sparepart getting rare. They still have several 737-200 and 737-400. The 737-400 is ex-Garuda Indonesia. Actually, Indonesian Airforce receive the 25 years Zero Accident Certificate for their Boing 737-200 from Boeing Company. At that time, 707 was use for VIP/VVIP services. Also for Airforce Cadet long-range navigation training. The Red Pentagon is the Indonesia Airforce's aircraft insignia. | |
