Nice picture! With the forward and aft fixed cowls off they won't be moving it anytime soon. Looks like they were doing some work on the l/h hydraulic system as well.

My guess is that this f-14 hasnt flown in awhile but i wouldnt be surprised if it was the first f-14 to carry a live nuclear warhead if iran's capability gets that far... are they allowed to even try to fly their f-14s?
