3-118 (cn 176-110) At the Tehran Aerospace Exhibition Center. Many thanks for all the information E-Mails about this aircraft. One information was, that it belonged to the "Golden Crown" Acrojet team of the IIAF. One other information is, that this is one of 70 or 90 Canadair Sabre 6 operated by the Iranian Air Force in the 60's. One last info was that this is 3-118, USAF F-86F serial 51-13179 cn 176-110.

Nice shot!some 12 years ago I saw some f-86s located south of tehran air museum. they had Imperial Aviation Club livery.this f-86 shuold be one of 'em.ofcourse iraqi airforce didn't have any f-86.

This is clearly an F-86F of the Imperial Iranian AF.

The pictured airframe is the remnants of an F-86. I am not sure whether or not Iraq ever operated the F-86.
