I was delighted to view your photo of the CL-215 in Izmir Turkey on Aug 14/2005. I was the Captain on that particular A/C that day. We had landed for fuel at Izmir at Dusk after actioning a fire approximatly 40 miles east of this positon .I commend the action of the Turkish firefighters and Crews for a successfull conclusion to this operation as well as Darryl Jensen My First officer from Veron B.C. Canada and Alp / Mehmet Our Turkish observer Pilots from Istanbul ,Turkey .
