I don't think you can even tell from this side and angle which of the two is the Combi. But as a Dutch aviation lover I obviously have known for quite some time our national airline operates the world's biggest 747 Combi fleet.

Tough to tell which is a combi from this view, but by researching the aircraft captured, PH-BFI is listed as a combi 747! The upper deck deck loading door is on the other side.
