A visitor from United States posted Sat August 22, 2009: Sorry but the first comment is incorrect.. this does cause additional wear on the tires, regardless of partial propulsion or not.. the right nose and center body tire and all of the mains experience more wear on turns like this except for B747 as the body gear turn on those as well..
