F-GLZL (cn 210) WOW Look at the stress on all those tyres as Zulu Lima makes his U-turn for departure.I've never seen this before.... less would I know that one minute later I got almost blasted off the beach when she thundered down the runway for the non-stop return leg to CDG.LOL

Sorry but the first comment is incorrect.. this does cause additional wear on the tires, regardless of partial propulsion or not.. the right nose and center body tire and all of the mains experience more wear on turns like this except for B747 as the body gear turn on those as well..

There is no addition stress on the tires like you think there is due to partial propulsion.
