A visitor from - posted Sun May 27, 2012: My second-favorite thing about this shot is how the position of the sun takes the color from light blue at left to dark blue at right, with the water enhanced in such a cool way by the 747's shadow. Sorry, KLM, you came in third! ;) Seriously, though, the addition of such a fine human form (and she is very fine, indeed) and her color, positioned perfectly, gives the photo a warmth it would not have had otherwise, since the rest of the shot is dominated by the color blue.

It has the 4 engines howling gear flaps leading edge slats, lights everything working on the aircraft. Great weather. Nice clear blue water with the shadow. And of course the Beautiful blonde taking a picture of the 747. The only thing that could have topped it off is if you could see the plane in her camera's LCD screen. 5* Great photo.
