'Nairobi' coming in from Nairobi as KL566. Due to a technical malfunction the aircraft veered to the right during roll out. The aircraft ended up with the nose gear in the grass.

Is it me or KLM just adopted the AF no-cleaning policy?

Is that a crack above the doors, or just a dirt scratch?

An interesting story for the passengers to tell or complain about after their trip!
To the commenter from the UK: Above the door is a "rain gutter" that prevents water from dripping on the passengers' heads as they pass through the door.

It's not a crack above the door. It's a small rain gutter, there to prevent water from dripping into the plane while the door is open.

Great to see a close-up of this incident, and well-captured!
