A visitor from Germany posted Mon May 26, 2008: Was the crew injured by the crash or by hitting the ground after sliding the slide? Thanks for showing that amazing angle! |
A visitor from - posted Mon May 26, 2008: Aww that little scratch will buff right out!The
Kalitta crew did a good job as this crash could have been much worse. |
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Mon May 26, 2008: Wooow, what a strong fence - who would think it can stop even a 747... :o) 5 stars pic, but the fence deserves at least 10! :oD |
A visitor from United States posted Mon May 26, 2008: What a great capture; though I think your caption might be a bit of an understatement! |
A visitor from France posted Mon May 26, 2008: Luckily the crew escaped not injured. Although the aircraft stopped safely, the emergency slide could have become really dangerous! Look at that steep angle, almost vertical! |
A visitor from Australia posted Mon May 26, 2008: Wow - great telephoto angle. Steep slide - imagine surviving this crash and getting hurt/killed by a train on exit - looks like the slide ends up in the railway line!! it is certainly down the embankment resulting in the steep angle of slide. Amazing photo! |
A visitor from Germany posted Mon May 26, 2008: Nice capture dude! But seriously, look at the angle of that slide! That is extremely steep - must have been tough for the crew to slide down there! |
