9Q-CLV (cn 45610/122) Stuck at the ramp of GOM for almost five years, when this pic was taken. Lava overran the only taxiway, so the DC-8 couldn't leave anymore. In the beginning, they let the engines run daily, but at some point in time, this one became wfu. In the foreground the new taxiway to the ramp, but that one is too late for Lima Victor. As a sort of New Year's resolution Goma's ramp was cleaned early January 2011 and this DC-8 together with other defunct aircraft were dragged to a spot designated as cemetery.
