SP-LBG (cn 3344942) "Tadeusz Kosciuszko". LO282 pushing back from stand F15 for Warsaw. Less than one month later this aircraft was W/O on take off at Warsaw on May 9, 1987 killing 183 souls. RIP. (DD LOT 10/83)

Historic picture indeed. I was the witness of tihs accident - not the crash, but the fire and a huge black smoke. In April 1984 my Dad was flying on board of this aircraft from YMX to WAW
