OE-LPB (cn 28699/163) With the whole afternoon having been dark and cloudy, I wasn't expecting much from this takeoff. But once LPB had passed overhead, it caught a bit of light from the setting sun and the effect was rather nice! [Canon EOS 20D]

Unusual light reflection shows off the metallic textures nicely on this B777. A very rare combination of low reflected sunlight on a close-up aeroplane fuselage.

Amazingly fast lens in low light, the fan blades seem motionless.
